As we progress into the twenty-first century, our modern projects inevitably uncover artifacts from our past. Preserving those artifacts is essential to understanding not only where we came from, but where we are going. Our archaeological laboratory offers conservation solutions for preserving artifacts recovered from both terrestrial and maritime sites.
Our dedicated team is trained to conserve historic metals and organics, as well as in treating even the most complex composite artifacts that require corrosion removal, disassembly, and reconstruction. Each artifact is conserved in a controlled environment that will maximize data recovery, while providing artifact longevity for future handling and the potential for museum exhibition.
